Starwax entered the partnership with Alleway at close to 9000€ in monthly revenue, struggling with marketplace visibility and operational scaling. Within 12 months, revenue soared to 290k+ EUR thanks to a deeply integrated strategy tailored to Allegro’s ecosystem and DTC expansion via Shopify.

The first graph illustrates how Starwax’s brand share in the Allegro cleaning agents category surged from 1.4% to over 2.3%.
