WAVESHAVE Shopify revamp: from zero friction to full conversion flow
Waveshave needed more than just a digital storefront — they needed a growth engine. We rebuilt their Shopify experience from the ground up with performance-driven UX, razor-sharp messaging, and an optimized product flow tailored to the grooming DTC space. Additionally, the WAVE team needed our help with email marketing flows, and so we built them on Klaviyo.
With their new store live, we connected their fulfillment infrastructure to ensure same-day processing and real-time inventory sync. Every system — from checkout to logistics — worked together seamlessly.
To complete the loop, we extended their reach through Amazon and Allegro marketplace integrations, making the Shopify store the centralized hub of brand, operations, and scale.
A Shopify Store Designed to Convert, Scale, and Serve
We rebuilt the Waveshave storefront from the ground up with a focus on mobile-first UX, razor-sharp performance, and conversion clarity. Custom landing pages, branded popups, and a seamless checkout experience ensured users hit “buy” — fast. Leveraging Shopify's ecosystem, we implemented product bundling, real-time discounts, and an intuitive navigation system. The result? A high-converting hub built for grooming and growth.

Allegro Marketplace Expansion
Waveshave’s launch on Allegro was a key pillar in our omnichannel strategy. We adapted product visuals, listings, and SEO to fit platform expectations — without compromising brand integrity. Fulfillment processes were integrated to ensure synced inventory, fast dispatch, and high seller ratings. Today, Waveshave holds a “Super Seller” badge and 100% positive reviews on Allegro, further validating the quality behind the blade.

Klaviyo Automation + Retention
We set up full-funnel Klaviyo flows — from browse abandonment and cart recovery to replenishment reminders and tailored thank-you journeys. With precise timing and persuasive copy, these automations now drive a significant share of returning revenue. Combined with targeted newsletter campaigns and an irresistible 10% welcome popup, Klaviyo turned first-time shavers into loyal subscribers.
